Production Process

elevating – sorting – washing – draining – chopping peppers – grinding into a paste – mixing – cooking – cooling –  bottling

  1. Elevating
    Fresh chili peppers are transported to the production line through an elevator, which ensures continuous and efficient feeding of raw materials to the next processing stage.
  2. Sorting
    The peppers are inspected and sorted to remove damaged, rotten, or unqualified materials, ensuring only high-quality peppers enter the processing process.
  3. Washing
    The peppers are thoroughly washed using a bubble washing machine or spray system to remove dirt, dust, and other impurities from the surface.
  4. Draining
    After washing, excess water on the peppers is removed through a draining or vibrating system to prepare the peppers for further processing.
  5. Chopping Peppers
    The cleaned peppers are chopped into small pieces using a cutting or crushing machine, making them easier to process in the next step.
  6. Grinding into a Paste
    The chopped peppers are ground into a smooth paste using a grinder or colloid mill, forming the base of the chili sauce.
  7. Mixing
    Additional ingredients such as garlic, salt, oil, sugar, or other seasonings are added and mixed evenly to achieve the desired flavor and consistency.
  8. Cooking
    The chili sauce mixture is heated and cooked in a cooking kettle to enhance flavor, improve texture, and ensure product safety through heat treatment.
  9. Cooling
    After cooking, the sauce is cooled down to a suitable temperature to maintain product quality and prepare it for packaging.
  10. Bottling
    Finally, the finished chili sauce is filled into bottles or containers through an automatic filling machine and sealed to create the final product ready for distribution.
