Production Process

Washing

Fresh fruits and vegetables are thoroughly washed to remove dirt, sand, and impurities from the surface.

 

Peeling

The cleaned materials are peeled manually or by automatic peeling machines, ensuring smooth and clean surfaces.

 

Sorting

Peeled fruits and vegetables are carefully sorted to remove defective or unqualified pieces.

 

Slicing

The selected materials are evenly sliced to prepare for further processing and uniform heating.

 

Washing (Second Time)

The sliced materials are washed again to remove any residual peels or impurities after cutting.

 

Blanching

The slices are blanched in hot water or steam for a short time to soften the texture, deactivate enzymes, and preserve color and flavor.

 

Washing (After Blanching)

After blanching, the materials are quickly rinsed with clean water to remove excess heat and surface residues.

 

Dewatering

The blanched materials are dewatered by air-drying or centrifugal dewatering machines to remove surface moisture.

 

Colloid Milling

The prepared materials are finely ground by a colloid mill to produce a smooth and uniform fruit or vegetable puree.
